The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG in its Brut version is decisive on the palate but at the same time soft and with good freshness. Characterized by a crystalline color and a very fine perlage, its great quality is already found in the scent of white flowers and wisteria in a mix with clear hints of green apple and pear.
A noble Prosecco, born from the prestigious and steep hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene embroidered with vineyards, a singular work of man and Mother Nature declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019.
The hand-picked Glera grapes are pressed by hand. Fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°. The second fermentation is carried out with the Charmat Method at low temperatures.
