Taurasi Dedicato a Marianna is a Riserva wine produced from 100% Aglianico grapes, grown in the areas of Taurasi, Paternopoli, Castelfranci, Montemarano and Venticano, the grapes after the harvest that occurs late towards the end of October and the beginning of November, and all by hand through small boxes are transferred to the cellar. After vinification it ages for at least 18 months in oak barrels from 25 to 35hl.
