From the heart of the Franciacorta hills, Brut Santus Franciacorta comes to life, a Brut different from the others, thanks to the delayed harvest that allows to obtain ripe grapes, able to enhance the magnificent terroir from which they come, collecting the essence of the wonderful place that is Franciacorta. Harvested exclusively by hand, the grapes, 80% Chardonnay and the remaining 20% Pinot Noir, are then transferred for vinification in wood, with a long stay on the lees to create a better and superior Brut Santus.
A Brut with a soft and delicate aroma at the start, then developing into a full-bodied range with notes of cedar, papaya and honey. A sip of Brut gives an intriguing creamy sensation, given by the perlage, with an elegant and very fine flavor.
